Pre-Clean Prep
☑ Check for any damage, missing items, or extra mess—report if needed
☑ Refill paper towels and toilet paper if supplies are low
Kitchen
☑ Wash or load all dishes and start the dishwasher if full
☑ Wipe down all counters, backsplashes, and cabinets
☑ Clean inside the oven, microwave, and fridge
☑ Wipe the outside of all appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker)
☑ Empty the fridge of any expired or open food (except condiments)
☑ Restock paper towels, dish soap, coffee, tea, and hand soap
☑ Make sure all dishes and utensils are clean, organized, and in the right place
☑ Refill ice trays and return them to the freezer
☑ Launder and fold kitchen towels as needed
Bathrooms
☑ Remove all items from sinks, tubs, and shelves
☑ Spray and disinfect all surfaces (sink, toilet, shower, tub)
☑ Clean the toilet thoroughly, including behind and underneath
☑ Refill toilet paper, hand soap, and tissues
☑ Neatly fold and hang towels—one bath towel and one hand towel per guest
☑ Set out toiletries provided by the owner
Bedrooms
☑ Wipe all surfaces and disinfect touch points
☑ Change bed linens, fluff pillows, and make beds neatly
☑ Check closets, under beds, and drawers for items left by previous guests
☑ Iron bedding if needed for a crisp, fresh look
Living Areas & Common Spaces
☑ Dust and wipe all surfaces
☑ Vacuum or mop all floors
☑ Clean glass doors and windows
☑ Tidy and arrange pillows, blankets, and furniture for a welcoming look
☑ Make outdoor/patio spaces neat and inviting
Laundry Room
☑ Wash all linens, towels, bath mats, and kitchen cloths
☑ Wipe down washer and dryer surfaces
☑ Organize laundry supplies and keep the area clutter-free
Final Walkthrough
☑ Make sure no areas were missed—everything clean and presentable
☑ Empty the dishwasher and put dishes away
☑ Turn off AC/heating, stove, and all faucets
☑ Take out all trash and replace with fresh bags
☑ Check lights, windows, and doors—turn off lights, lock up properly
☑ Ensure enough towels and essentials are set out for guests
☑ Confirm all supplies are stocked and ready
